PBS announced Monday, July 29, it will air a documentary about Moreno, “Rita Moreno: The Girl Who Decided to Go For It,” charting her decades-long career. The project is slated to air in 2020.

With Peabody, Rita Moreno To Attain Very Rare 'PEGOT' Class

The Peabody Awards on Thursday announced it will honor the actress, singer and dancer with the career achievement award. That means the 87-year-old will join a handful of people who have achieved “PEGOT” status by winning a Peabody, Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award.

Netflix Cancels 'One Day at a Time' Reboot After 3 Seasons

Netflix is cancelling "One Day at a Time" after three seasons. In a statement Thursday, March 14, 2019, the streaming service's chief content office, Ted Sarandos, called it "disappointing" that more viewers didn't discover the sitcom.
