Solange Knowles Donates 50 Tickets To Kehlani's Bay Area Benefit Show

August 13, 2018

So much love is pouring out for Bay Area R&B singer/songwriter Kehlani and her ailing niece, Nova, that even GRAMMY Award-winner Solange Knowles reached out and donated 50 tickets to their benefit show at the UC Theater in Berkeley, Billboard reports.

The tickets will be raffled off for Bay Area fans of Kehlani who is putting together "Tsunovi Gang" a Benefit Show with proceeds to help her 2-year-old niece who has acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia or ALL is a type of childhood cancer that occurs when a bone marrow cell develops errors in its DNA and is treated through chemotherapy or targeted drugs that specifically kill cancer cells.

Kehlani tweeted her appreciation to Beyonce's sister via Twitter, "THANK U THANK U SOLANGE YOU ARE AN ANGEL"

As an act of goodwill, fans of Kehlani from all over the globe began snatching up tickets and donating them to local fans who may not afford to attend the show. Fans as far as Australia donated tickets, in the name of helping little Nova.

The benefit begins 7:00pm on Monday, August 13.
