Kim Kardashian West Helped Free 17 Inmates Within 90 Days

Kim Kardashian West has accomplished freeing 17 inmates within 90 days, thanks to President Trump's First Step Act. A program that gives non-violent low-level drug offenses a second chance to reform.

The Decarceration Collective, a collaboration between Kardashian West's attorney Brittany K. Barnett and MiAngel Cody makes use of their legal resources to help those behind bars a chance for redemption. Kardashian West funds the program as the collective handles the legal arena.

According to The Source, some notable cases include Jeffrey Stringer in Florida, Cyntoia Brown in Tennessee and Alice Marie Johnson in Alabama.

Apparently, the list is much longer and The Source says Kardashian West is not doing it for the recognition.
