Method Man Visits a Wu-Tang Clan Fan With a Life-Threatening Illness

July 5, 2019

Following an epic show at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in June, Wu-Tang Clan rapper Method Man stopped by a Staten Island University Hospital in New York to visit a fan with a life-threatening illness.

The Source reports Meth paid a surprise visit to 26-year-old Bryson at his hospital bed, which was made possible thanks to the nonprofit organization 'Have A Heart NY'. The organization is "dedicated to raising awareness and creating programs and events designed to provide a better life for underprivileged youth."

Due to HIPAA Privacy Laws, Bryson's condition was not disclosed by the hospital.

Both Staten Island University Hospital and Have A Heart NY made the arrangements to have Bryson's favorite Hip Hop star stop by to lift his spirits. Watch the video below to see Meth brighten Bryson's day.

On behalf of Method Man's non-profit, Tamika Smith said "At Have A Heart NY we are here to do what we can to help the youth of New York City. We are glad we were able to secure Method Man for a Heart to Heart visit with Bryson through Meth’s management."

The mini-series Wu-Tang: An American Saga, based on the beginings of the Wu-Tang Clan is set to stream on Hulu starting on September 4th.

It is produced by Brian Grazer, Alex Tse, RZA and Method Man.
