Mariah Carey 'Would Love To' Perform at a Super Bowl Halftime Show

September 24, 2018

On Sunday night, TMZ caught up with Grammy Award-winner Mariah Carey outside of Craig's in Los Angeles when they posed the question if she would ever perform during a Super Bowl Halftime show.

The 48 year-old singer replied with "I would love to!"

TMZ gave a little nudge to the possibility of a performance when the mentioned that back in 2016, Carey was asked the same thing by host Andy Cohem during an episode of "Watch What Happens Live" and her response back then was similar. She said she would perform, IF she came out with a new song.

Last week, Carey released new music from her 15th studio album, with "GTFO" and NFL season has just begun. Perfect timing! TMZ hints "So ... Mariah in 2020??"

Maroon 5 has already been picked to perform this season's halftime show in Atlanta.
