Many To Celebrate Earth, Wind & Fire's 'September' Appropriately On The 21st

September 20, 2018

On Friday, expect Earth, Wind & Fire's song 'September' to blow up the internet once again, especially when its the song's 40th anniversary. It's all about the one line in the song "Do you remember the 21st night of September?"

In recent years, YouTube sees a 286 percent jump in the song's music video views over their annual daily average. That's over 797,000 views in the 24-hour period, according to Billboard.

The band itself is already making prepartions to celebrate the historic event.

Even the younger generation is gravitating to EWF's music. Taylor Swift did her acoustic, banjo rendition of 'September'. She also changed the appropriate line with a different date, "the 28th night of September,"

Expect this to go viral like Star Wars: "May The Fourth Be With You"
